Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 8 September 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Innovation – Accounting Solutions & Tax Consulting (“Innovation”), including data received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and stored in our Innovation Track System.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, or send the message “DELETE MY DATA” to the Innovation WhatsApp number you have been communicating with.
2. Include the WhatsApp phone number and/or email address you used to communicate with us so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and may ask you to verify that you control the number or email address concerned.

What happens next

• We will delete or anonymise your personal data (messages, media, contact details and related metadata) from our active systems within 30 days of verifying your request, and from backups within a further 90 days.
• Where Jordanian law or professional accounting regulations require us to retain records of client engagements (for example, tax and audit documentation), we will retain only the minimum required and will tell you which data is retained and for how long.
• Deleting data held by Innovation does not delete copies stored in your own WhatsApp app or with Meta; see WhatsApp’s help centre for those.
