These Terms govern your use of the website innovationjo.com and your communications with Innovation – Accounting Solutions & Tax Consulting (“Innovation”, “we”, “us”) through our official WhatsApp Business numbers and email addresses, which are recorded and processed by our internal Innovation Track System (the “System”).
1. Services
Innovation provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax-consulting and related advisory services to businesses in Jordan and abroad. Engagement terms for professional services are set out in a separate engagement letter; these Terms apply to the website and communication channels only.
2. Communications over WhatsApp and email
- By messaging our official WhatsApp Business numbers or email addresses you acknowledge that the conversation is a business communication that Innovation archives and may review for record-keeping, quality and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We send WhatsApp messages only in reply to conversations you start, or as pre-approved notifications relating to your engagement with us. You may opt out of notifications at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us.
- Outside business hours an automated assistant may acknowledge your message; substantive advice is provided by a qualified member of our team.
- Our use of the WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy published by Meta.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our channels to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing content, malware, or unsolicited marketing, and not to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the System.
4. Information is not advice until confirmed
General content on the website and informal replies over messaging channels are provided for information only and do not constitute professional accounting, tax or legal advice unless confirmed in writing under an engagement letter.
5. Intellectual property
All content on innovationjo.com is owned by or licensed to Innovation and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or messaging channels, or from delays or failures of third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or email providers.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above indicates the latest revision.
